Splitrr Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Splitrr. By using Splitrr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1) Use of the Service

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not use Splitrr for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

2) YNAB Integration

• Splitrr may integrate with YNAB via OAuth when you choose to connect.
• You authorize Splitrr to access and act on permitted YNAB data for user-approved sync operations.
• You can disconnect YNAB at any time in settings.

3) Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Splitrr permission to process your data as needed to provide the service and related support.

4) Service Availability

Splitrr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

5) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Splitrr and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for misuse that risks users or the platform.

7) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
